We, the students council of mathematics and computer science (Fachschaft Mathematik/Informatik) at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology would like to invite you to our Master’s orientation days (Master O-Phase) in the summer term 2022!
If our invitation has not reached you per e-mail, you can find it here: Publications.
On this website you can find all the important dates and information. The O-Phase will take place at the week before the start of the lectures:
Master O-Phase Mathematics and Computer Science
Monday April 11th until Wednesday April 13th, 2022
The O-Phase is for all students that start a Master’s degree at the faculty of mathematics or the faculty of computer science in the summer term of 2022. Our program during the three days includes a variety of different events, where some are for conveying all relevant information about the studies at the KIT and others are for getting to know your fellow students and the campus in general.
Additionally, we invite the students of 2021 to join us during the social events, since their orientation fell short due to Covid.
For participation, we ask you to register here. As soon as your registration is complete, you will, in addition, receive important information about the O-Phase per e-mail. Note that unfortunately, most e-mails will probably be german only.
The following schedule gives you an idea what to expect during the three days. The most important events will be the opening and the “Fachbereichsinformation (FBI)”, which answers all your questions regarding your course of studies.
